This steamer has a warranty against factory defects for 1 year, does not include replacing parts due to normal wear and tear, does not cover accidental breaking by customer. On regular repairs that are not due to factory defect the customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from repair center and all repair charges. If repair is due to a factory defect, seller is responsible to repair steamer free of charge.
